How does the Converia Support work? What costs should I expect?

The Converia Support team can help you with technical questions regarding the configuration or management of your conference. Your Converia advisor will take up any commissions and adjustments.

We calculate our support services in 15-minute intervals, charging the agreed upon hourly rate from your proposal. Naturally we won’t charge you if you’re contacting the support team because of a bug in our software.

Do you need a little more help or don’t use the setup services and want someone to check your configurations? You can always order our monthly Premium Support packages. Thanks to our guaranteed respond time, we will be able to help you even faster. Additionally, the hassle of 15-minute intervals do not apply anymore.
