The organizer can now globally
decide whether questions or ratings are possible on talks & posters.
Videos or
livestreams can now be included in tiles on
the dashboard.
In an individual talk, external
links can now also be included as content. Previously, this was only
possible for only in the session overview.
If a participant has a Poster
in the Virtual Venue, it will now appear near the top of their profile details.
In the session list there is now a new
filter to hide past sessions. This filter is enabled by default and is
intended to help users easily navigate to upcoming program items first.
Within a session, we now display
the next sessionin the same track to allow for an easier transition
into subsequent sessions. For programs without tracks, this works the same way.
If a session is constrained by a check-in
list and requires certain packages to be booked by attendees, there is now
no need for session managers for that session (chairs and presenters) to also
be on that check-in list. Within the Virtual Venue, these roles now have
unrestricted access to sessions.
Attendees can now provide anonymous
feedback on the platform. This information helps Converia better understand
and further optimize the platform to meet the needs and expectations of the end-users.
