Setting up the Organizer Page

You can use the organizer page to enter free text and contact information as well as contact persons. Users can access this page by clicking the "Contact" link in the footer menu without having to log in first. Participants use the contact page to get in touch with you or someone else from the team of organizers whenever they have questions or encounter any problems.

The Representatives Area

The representatives area will list everyone who is participating in your virtual event as an organizer. The system will automatically categorize someone as an organizer when there's a booking for them that contains the offer package for organizers.

Backend Setup

Go to Configuration > Basic > Select a Language > Information on the organization team to enter the text for your organizer page. The text can be formatted in the editor. The following formattings are supported by the editor:
  • Link
  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Underlined
  • Subscript
  • Superscript
  • Sorted list
  • Unsorted list
  • Format: Normal
  • Format: Heading 2
  • Format: Heading 3
