Providing a Legal Notice and Privacy Policy

    The Virtual Venue's footer menu contains links to the legal notice and the privacy policy which can be accessed by users even if they're not logged in. Please note that the information on the imprint and data protection are mandatory in the EU.

    Backend Setup

    Go to Configuration > Basic > Select a Language > External Links to link your legal notice and privacy policy, i.e. they both need to be already accessible via another website. If you're using the Converia registration system, you can add a link to the respective legal notice and privacy policy pages you have already created there.
