Adding Sponsor Representatives and Social Media Accounts

    To add a final touch to a sponsor profile, you can specify sponsor representatives and include social media accounts.

    Sponsor Representatives

    Representatives need a corresponsing booking in the Converia registration system that identifies them as a sponsor representative(booking option for sponsors). In case you have not set up this option yet, please contact your Converia contact person.
    Everyone with a sponsor-package booking will appear in the Sponsoren > Sponsoren > Representatives where you can select them and add them as a representative for a certain sponsor.

    In order to encourage interaction between sponsors and participants, we recommend you to add representatives that are available for 1:1 video calls or private messaging at fixed times during the conference.

    Social Media Accounts

    You can add the following accounts to your sponsor details pages: Facebook, Researchgate, Twitter, Academia, Email.
    Please note that it is currently not possible to add XING and LinkedIn company profiles. 

    You only need to enter the profile's handle instead of the full link. For example: for twitter.de/converia_de, only enter converia_de.
