Video Content Playback Problems and Errors - Error code 232011

In rare instances, the 232011 error code might appear when trying to play video content. This error message can be caused by the following:

  1. Corrupted cache or cookie data - Corrupted temporary data or a poorly saved cookie can trigger this particular error code. You can fix this problem by clearing both your cache and all the browser cookies in your browser settings or by switching to another browser.

  2. Proxy or VPN - In certain cases, end-user connections that are routed through a VPN or a proxy server may cause the error code. Try disconnecting from the proxy or VPN and connect to a different network instead.

  3. Problematic extension - It is also possible that anti-malware, anti-virus or adblocker extensions and add-ons are responsible for the error message. You can fix it by deactivating the extension or the add-on.

  4. Restricted network type - Corporate, school and hotel networks sometimes block Content Delivery Networks (CDN) such as the one our player is using. If that's the case, try switching to another network or contact the network administrator.
