There are two ways to transfer your program to the Virtul Venue.
For larger, multi-day schedules, we recommend adding the program items to our interactive Converia Conference Planner before transferring it to the Virtual Venue. If interested, please get in touch with your Converia contact person for an in depth explanation.
If your conference program is less complex, you can easily create it in the Virtual Venue’s backend. This approach requires less effort and you don't need to sync and transfer it afterwards. The following pages will guide you through the steps that are required for setup.
