Who Is in Charge of Cancellations and Changes to Bookings

You can carry out booking changes and cancellations yourself. To ensure that you handle the process correctly and that the payouts and settlements are correct, please consider the information on the respective use cases in the section Use cases for editing bookings & cancellations.

Refunds will not be carried out automatically and therefore the process must be forwarded to our ticketing service after processing.

Please send your inquiries to ticketing@converia.de, stating the following points: 

  • Conference name
  • Invoice and/or booking number
  • If not yet processed: Please state the conditions for cancelling (current cancellation fee as configured in Converia vs. goodwill cases). Otherwise, we will apply the fees according to the configuration stored in the system.
  • Participants will receive the updated booking and invoice documents by email via the system. If you have already sent these yourself, please let us know so that they are not sent twice.

You will receive a transaction number for the inquiry and can track all steps clearly via our system.

The refund will always be made to the payment method from which we originally received the payment.
