Converia Support Center

Persons (the Virtual Venue's user base) are pulled directly from the Converia registration platform and should therefore not be edited in the backend. All necessary edits can be done by using the registration platform (express.converia.de/admin) where the data are synchronized with the Virtual Venue data in real time.

We strongly advise against making any changes and remind you once again that restoring data is not possible in most cases and that any edits made during an ongoing conference might cause disruptions.
