A Participant Requests to Edit a Booking Option

To edit a booking, go to Management > Attendee Registration Bookings to access the booking's details. If you are a ticketing customer, you should forward this case to the Converia ticketing service upon following the process as described below. 


  • Here you can add booking options (bookable offers) or you can edit or cancel existing booking options. 
  • If you want to remove individual booking options, please use the Cancel option instead of Delete. Using Delete is only recommended if you want to remove an element you've just added during editing (prior to updating the invoice).
  • Typical use case: Changing the workshop selection. To do that, you need to edit the existing entry. You can change the workshop selection in the details (see item no. 3 on the screenshot).

  • When changing the price group you can use the option Calculate price from price group again, so that the price will be automatically updated upon saving (see item no. 1 on the screenshot).
  • In addition to this, you can edit the tax rate (see item no. 2 on the screenshot).

  • Update the invoice when you're done editing. Only then the editing process will be finalized and a new invoice document created.
  • Use the comment feature to document the edits for other backend users.
  • No emails will be automatically sent when you edit something in the backend. If necessary, you can inform the participant by sending a booking info mail (will be sent to the registered person, tab can be found in the booking details) or an invoice info mail (will be sent to the invoice recipient, tab can be found in the invoice details).
